Harness Pictures Bullet Hit Pictures Pictures from the Shoot

These are bullet hit effects that I created for the forthcoming short feature Nemesis from FlickerHead films .

We didn't have a pyrotechnics license, so these were created using compressed air rather than squib hits. Compressed air was forced down pipes filled with blood which caused an explosion of blood, simulating the bullet hits.

I cast up a fibre glass chest plate which the pipes were connected to. This was concealed under the actors shirt.
